I first received a letter claiming that I was being contacted because a loan for $310 was taken out under my previous married name. My family members received calls looking for my current phone number. They finally found me!! The person on the phone was rude and arrogant and said it was still my responsibility to PAY the DEBT to CashNetUSA even though a person, other than myself took out the loan. I told them that this was not the case since nothing appeared on my Credit Report that I monitor. They continue to call me threatening legal action due to lack of response. I looked up information on Google and saw many complaints with the same motive. They all had different amounts of money. Today I received another call from these people and I did not answer. I called from my house phone using *67 to disable my name from appearing to tell them to take my number off the list. I gave them my landline, not my cell, and they asked me if I knew Wendy XXXXXX. I said I didn't know this person and they said they'd take off my number. The reason I'm contacting you is that I have a working phone number that they just called from and I called back. The name states UNKNOWN Pemberton, NJ 609-268-1563. A woman answered the line and quickly named her so called collection agency. Reverse lookup states that a Samuel Watkins on Oak Pines Blvd in Browns Mills owns this line. Hopefully you can help stop these relentless scammers with this information. Good Luck
