Caller kept saying hello. I answered YES. The news has been taking about calls where they say can you hear me and when you answer yes, they record it and use it to verify that you agreed to the purchase.

The call came in, our caller ID showed Wisconsin Call. The phone number was 608-819-1725. The computer said she was Emily and had a travel package. She then said, "Can you hear me okay?" Someone here said, "yes"; we were scammed. I called my telephone carrier, and there is a block on the telephone number so they cannot charge any third party calls. You must watch your credit cards carefully for any unauthorized charges. I reported this incident to the county sheriff, and they agreed, watch the credit cards.
