I have a PayPal business debit card and was in my local Sam’s Club when I received a notification that I had authorized a payment in the amount of 4612.46 to “Jerrys Sports Service”. I called PayPal and reported this immediately. I looked up this business and it shows it is a boat dealer/service business in Wisconsin. I have never been to Wisconsin, nor do I own a boat. After reporting this transaction, I attempted to contact this business through their website. I received a call from *****, who claims to be the owner, the following week. He stated his employee took an order over the phone from someone who used my card number. He read my card number to me when I talked to him. He stated the person called back minutes later from a different number and had the employee cancel the transaction and refund it to a different card number. I never purchased anything here, or received a refund. Since he told PayPal he refunded the money, the are denying my claim. I have had 4612.45 stolen from me and nobody’s can seem to fix it or help me.
