False Item Purchased Online
Spirts memorabilia I tems were purchased through the website via their online auction. Most of which were autographed items. Several items pictured did not reflect the items that were shipped. Upon further inspection, the items were fraudulent and obvious fakes. Items that had so-called certifications were generic labels that had been reprinted/counterfeit. I spoke with the company and they denied the items were fake. I called a second time and was told that the items were not theirs, by that the items were sold via consignment for a different company. I had other experts view the items purchased and I was told each item were obvious fakes. I called the company and they told me that their photos are generic photos that are not meant to represent the actual item won. I attempted to return the items, but ******** ******* said they would not accept the return. I had contacted my bank about the counterfeit items. Now ******** ******* is attempting to send me to collections for these fraudulent items.
