Business "Owner" : Mark O'Connell, Jamir, German Segovia offered west highland terrier (westie) puppies through a Facebook page at an affordable price. He claims that after answering your questions, if you send payments through various means, you will be sold a westie puppy. He also states that if at any time you wanted a refund, you would be given one. After making the first initial deposit of $200 through the the alias, he states because the hold for the puppy was longer than initially thought, he would need more money to care for the puppy longer, and provided info to send money to of $150. That is when the second alias popped up. On travel to the location where we were to meet up, he inquired more money saying his family was in an emergency. On route, I asked for the AKC paperwork he promised came with the puppy. Since he could not do it, stating he didn't feel comfortable with me asking questions, he offered my money back. When I said yes, please do so, he has since not sent my money back but threaten legal action saying I have caused damages to his breeding home. He has also threaten to show up to my home with my billing information.
