I attempted to buy ATV parts through an online facebook group. Paid the gentleman named Patrick William via Zelle $300. He sent me confirmation that the parts were shipped. After two days, the shipping company (FWD Express Logistics) sent me an email that said the following: We trust this email finds you well. We appreciate your choice in selecting FWD Express Logistics for your shipping needs. We are writing to you today regarding your upcoming delivery of wheels, and we want to ensure that it reaches you in the best possible condition. In accordance with national shipping regulations and to uphold the highest standards of security and safety during transit, we require all our valued clients to pay a compulsory refundable insurance fee.
