I received a text message stating There is a problem with your goods during transshipment, please update the details: then a link: l.ead.me/CbR98e3s which when I clicked on it I was redirected to a website that looked like the USPS website and it stated I owed 30 cents to get a redelivery on my package, and I had to input my credit card info to get the redelivery. I stopped the mail lady and asked her if it was legitimate and she said no, they would never asked for credit card or send me a text. She said they would leave a note in the mailbox. Also there was a tracking number for the USPS fake site but it said I had to pay for the tracking number to work. The link to me to this site ddmetonr.dynnamn.ru

On or around June 2018 I received an email from Synergy Law with a solicitation to help me with my mortgage account. I called the number, and I initially spoke with Devon. Devon made the claim that Synergy Law could help me get a loan modification because they had professional knowledge on insider guidelines for instance in my case **** ******** . I explained that i was going on 2 months behind, and they advised me they could help me anyway. I agreed to the terms of case, however i did not receive a case number nor a description of the services nor the process. To shorten the description , i became suspicious when they would not answer my phone calls, but they just kept withdrawing funds each month. Finally, i was able to get hold someone and i was provided with an email, and through this email i would send documents ,ect. I communicated to them that i was very worried because i was still obtaining calls from **** ********, and statements. I contacted **** ******** several times and they had no knowledge of the situation. Finally i received a letter from Citi of account in default with future action of foreclosure. I checked the BBB and other website consumer sites and found other people were undergoing my own experience. I called them and asked for refund with a threat that i would involve law enforcement and the FBI, i carried on these threats , until i finally asked my bank to reverse the funds, and they temporarily did so on 10/16/2018 all but 600.00. On 10/18/2018 I get a call from Lindsey Cruz from Synergy pleading me to reverse the reversal of funds, and they would refund my monies through the mail in the amount of 1200 because at that time that is what the bank had refunded me, she sent the refund letter to me by email, i read it and did not agree to the terms and the amount, because they owed me 3300.00 not 1200.00. On 12/03/2018 the bank sends me a letter that are going to reverse the funds back to Synergy Law based on the information they submitted, but what they did not submit was their admitting they owed me a refund (the refund letter), and fraudulently said i did owe them those monies. I have an appointment with the bank in the morning to provide a copy of the refund letter. I ask you to please investigate these people, they have to be scamming people in the hundreds of thousands dollars with no intent to provide the services they say they 1AJill complete. I ask that you review the BBB site and other rip off sites. In addition the address Lindsey Cruz provided to me in her is different from the original address Synergy provided, Lindsey's is in Washinton DC,Synergy Law LLC 1101 Connecticut Ave. NW Suite 450 #001 Washington, DC 20036, P 571-781-0494 I= R77_?RR-OOR7 In addition I had to file for bankruptcy to remedy the whole issue. I could have avoided all this . This is a scam. I have provided this very same report to the FBI, and the BBB. Someone has to stop them, people are loosing their homes and having their monies stolen by this organization.
