It’s a fake pet scam they say they are going to ship your pet and it’s all fake. They tell you that their website isn’t working and you have to pay through Zell PayPal or cash app no real legit service it’s like that.

Online Buyer - Mobile Phone
"Buyer" / scammer pretended to be interested in buying an expensive mobile phone (value $800) that I was selling (it was posted for me by a family member on Facebook Marketplace). The mobile number I provided to the scammer was actually a Google Voice number for security. I suspected a scam from the start, and confirmed it when the scammer wanted me to mail the package to "her boyfriend" in FL. The individual sent fake notifications from "paypal" pretending that the funds were held until shipping confirmation. Communication was exclusively text message to 512-956-9545 Fake email addresses: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] Package forwarding address used by the scammer: Michael Job Suite # 86533773 2229 NW 79th Ave Miami, Florida 33122 United States of America Facebook account "Rita Christopher" was the account that initiated contact https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100010357599505

Social Security Number Suspended Scam Call
Recorded message stated my social security number had been suspended. I called the social security office and they said it was not a legit call. They would never call or suspend a social security number. Advised not to call them back.
