BBB Imposter Scam
A lady called stating she was with the BBB and wanted to speak to the owner of a business we had several years ago. I asked what I could help her with and she said she wanted to update information in the system. I quickly stated the business hasn’t been in business for approximately 3 years and she started stuttering and said oh ok, and stated she would make note....and hung up.
