CRUNCH FITNESS impostor
I got 4-7 calls a day for approximately 2 weeks from a number that came up as CRUNCH FITNESS in capitals on my phone. I have a membership to crunch fitness so the call made sense, however the amount of calls did not. I called the number back after it was clear the calls were not going to stop. It was a call center whereabouts unknown but the accent of the woman was Indian. I asked what all the calls were about and she proceeded to try and get my information, all of which should have been pulled up on my account with them after I gave her my name and phone number. She then asked what my date of birth and zip code was. This seemed suspicious so I hung up. I then called directly to the crunch fitness to which I belong and asked them to pull up my membership and see if anything was wrong with it. They said everything was fine. I do not know who was calling me 4-7 times a day but I dont believe it was crunch fitness. However, they have acquired the name CRUNCH FITNESS so that it shows up that way when they call. And they knew I had a crunch fitness membership.
