Online Retailer Scam
I have made 5 purchases from Perks FC(Fruit Candy) since 9/13/21. In my findings, I see that his name is Keegan Hashim. He has broken FTC Law 16 CFR Part 435-Mail, Internet, and Telephone Merchandise Rule repeatedly with me. I’m sure he has broken other laws as well. He has scammed thousands nationwide on various social media platforms with his horrible business tactics. He stated on social media that he is about to expand his scamming business worldwide in 2022. He stated that he already has plans to do pop-up visits for his product in other countries, including in the Philippines and Germany. He needs to be stopped immediately. He doesn’t get consents to delay, doesn’t ship within his specified timeframe, doesn’t provide refunds, falsely advertises, blocks/hides/deletes comments from customers on social media, gate keeps through social media, breaches contracts, blocks customers from contacting him, slanders and defames customers as well as other businesses due to his corrupt business handlings, tells his thousands of followers to go and slander businesses as well, uses celebrities to push his scam as well, tells followers to flood other celebrities pages with propositions of his product, in exchange for his product, when he isn’t even fulfilling his obligations with his main customers(everyday people). I made one dispute with my bank already, and they refunded me, since he doesn’t respond to inquiries about customers orders. He uses my money for his business as well as personal expenses. He boasts about making millions off this scam on social media, along with so much more. I have been searching his various social media accounts(Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter), gathering more evidence to prove my case. I have proof that he is traveling, shopping, etc., with my and other customers money. I even have proof that he is about to move with all the money he is making off this grand scheme. I have receipts, texts, pictures, videos, emails, etc. I even have audio messages that he left me, further incriminating himself. This business owner needs to be sued by me, and have his business shut down immediately and forever. I pray that you can assist in this matter ASAP.
