Advance Fee Loan
On or about may 11th 2020 I entered into a Contract with apex Capital llc for funding for my company, at this time I was approved , all documented I had to sent the company funds to obtain the funds requested as laid out as numerous fee's, from non-colateral ins. taxs and 4% loan fee, I complied to all requests but never recieved the funds, they proceeded to request more money to finalize the loan even that they provided me with a letter of guarantee that thier would be no other fee's and the funds would be processed within 2 hours of payment, I have demanded for my deposits to be refunded witch they refused.
