Identity Theft
******** ******** from Apertech communications inc approached me by e-mail with a customer service job offer. She indicated that she found me on Indeed, which made sense since my resume is posted on indeed and I have been applying for customer service jobs.. Most of our communication was by e-mail , including job offer contract was submitted by e-mail.. I apparantly would be setting up customers with services such as web hosting, voip and other communications services.. I accepted the offer , quit my job and agreed on a start date. upon registration with the company they had me set up a Telegram account, because this is what they use for communicating .. then proceeded to ask for my ID for HR purposes.. and then wanted my banking info because I would be recieving funds from the company and I was to exchange this for bitcoin and these funds were to be used to purchase services for clients.. when I said that I was not comfortable with that and did not understand why such transactions are not going through their corporate accounts.. all of our communication got erased on Telegram.. However they did get my ID.. I am now reporting to sources possible.. (police, anti-fraud, etc.. )
