This person *** ** ******** from Services Paysagérs M.D. was supposed to build an exterior wall for me. He sent a quote for $1,494.67 and asked for $500.00 in advance for materials. We sent him an etransfer on June 24, 2023. and he was scheduled to come Monday June 26 at 12:00. He never came. After many calls and texts he replied he would come Tuesday June 27 at 1pm. Again he never came. After reaching him he promised to come Wednesday at 9am. He never came but when he finally answered around 2pm he said we should have known he was not coming because it was raining. We told him we wanted our money back and he told my husband to ***** and hung up. After many calls and texts he again promised to come Friday morning to do the job and once again never came. The week after we sent many texts and tried calling, he would say he was paying us but never did… I wrote a bad review on his business page and he messaged me to take it down and he would pay me. I complied and took the review down. I also told him I would write a positive review when he sent the money. We are still waiting. So many excuses but never sent any money. He has now blocked my number and I also tried to reach him through facebook but he blocked me too! My husband send a registered letter last week with a copy to Consumer Protection giving him 10 days to pay us back.
