IRS Imposter
Got an automated call saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit and to call 432-923-3976. I called, knowing this was a scam. The gentleman with a thick Indian accent said he was officer Kevin Smith and asked for my name. I refused to give him my name, informed him I did not believe him and was reporting him. He said okay and hung up. Unbelievably I received another automated call 30 minutes later informing me to call the same number and it was my final notice. I blocked the number. While writing this I just received another automated call from the same number(which now seems to be from Austria!?). Apparently blocking does not work. Now I'm just annoyed.
