I ordered two rpwfe water filter from this website. I emailed them that neither one worked. They emailed back that they knew of the problem and that I would have to perform surgery on my old one to remove the chip and tape it to the new one. I told them that this was unsatisfactory service. They responded by offering a 60% refund. This is a total scam and should be stopped.
