A Welch Allyn otoscope head and charging base were on the Grayline Medical website. The order was confirmed by Grayline, but within a day or so I was informed the product had been discontinued by the manufacturer, but that a more expensive alternative was available. After going back and forth with them, I was able to buy the product on Amazon.com. Clearly, it is still available. Multiple attempts to recover the $785.64 have repeatedly failed.

Received a call from a San Francisco phone number that my phone marked as a verified number but I had not applied for anything near California. Immediately following the call I received a text from the same number from someone named Vincent. “ Hi [my name]. This is Vincent from E-Solutions. We are Hiring for a job position of Desk Side Support at Atlanta, Georgia (GA). If you are interested in this position then you can call me on (415) 683-1993 or you can mail me your resume at [email protected]” A search for the phone number turned up strange results as not connected with e-solutions and a search of e-solutions turned up many people warning it is a scam.

I clicked on the website because they have a PlayStation 5 listed for sale. Not only is the price higher than MSRP, but they list credit/debit payment options. When checking out, they redirect to a Coinbase website to pay with cryptocurrency. I contacted their support and the female offered for me to pay in a Vanilla gift card and to take a picture of both sides of the gift card for payment. I refused and said I'll pay with a debit/credit card without hesitation. They informed me that the gift card is their only partnered with option at the moment. I'm reporting them for blatantly lying about their payment options and I believe this is fraudulent in some fashion.
