B Line Events, Inc. is looking for someone that can be trusted and reliable to work well with good understanding as the Personal Assistant .The job involves you working remotely from your location and it's flexible, Working with us is about instructions and following them. My only fear is that we may need you to perform assigned tasks in a timely manner sometimes, so we need someone who can be able to meet up with executing assigned tasks in a timely manner and be able to follow instructions. I need your service because I am constantly out of town and presently in Alberta, Canada. I will return to the states in the next two weeks so this process will be ongoing till then. If you don't mind, I will meet up with you when I return and then we can talk about the possibility of making it this long term and maybe full time if you so desire. As the Event Coordinator , your activities among other things will include; Here is an overview of the job description The Event Coordinator is responsible for tracking and processing accounts in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data Prepare and send out bills, invoices Verify billing accounts with accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status Prepare, present, and collect payment for event invoices Make sound decisions, particularly during event planning, to ensure profitability Assist with conference registration & check-in Assist in Planning Events Coordinate with clients & vendors Requirement Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records Customer service orientation and negotiation skills Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software • Sort and verify bank transactions. • Verifies keying of data and corrects errors. • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Running personal errands. • Work independently without much supervision. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ** Weekly Pay: $800.00 ** Hours: 5-10 Hours Weekly ** Days: 2-3 days Weekly Please note that this position is not office based for now, it's a part-time job from your location for now.
