Advance Fee Loan
I was looking for a lender to refinance my real estate portfolio. My loan broker found Andrew with North Prime Financial LLC who gave an approval. The website and his LinkedIn profile say that he is a private lender. They asked for a percentage of the loan fees as a deposit. and I sent the first wire for$11,960.00. They provided wire instructions for Deines Investment group LLC as the underwriter receiving the fees. Subsequently they said that they needed to insure the loan and asked that I pay part of the premium. That was the $16,000.00 wire sent on the 25th. When they sent the insurance documents, I contacted the insurance company listed and they did not recognize either the policy number or the form used. The insurance investigator said that they didn't offer that specific product. I asked for a refund of my money, but they have stopped responding to me at all.

I had been applying for loans on my phone and received an email from JORDAN KING with a direct line of 415-215-1889,for any questions, asking me to e-sign acceptance loan letter. He kept cutting in and out so I asked him to hang up and call me back. He had my bank routing number and account number w/all my other information. I called BBB and they had on file a scam where folks are actually using a real businesses name. The operator gave me the real number for LENDING CLUB (which is based out of Sacramento (?), CA. They had no knowledge of me and had me contact my bank to close my account and they notified fraud dept. I had to call all 3 credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian and Equifax). I also had to report it to SSI Office.

Car wrap scam
My wife got a text about getting paid to put a energy drink wrap on car for 500 dollars a week. When the paperwork came in they wanted me to send my bank deposit slips to him, when i tried to call him he wouldnt answer phone only wanted me to text him. He sent me a three thousand dollar check and wanted me to deposit money in my account and send my deposit slip to him with my bank information on it without ever talking to a company representive. The postal package was from washington and the check was from florida two different companies. He wont answer the phone to talk and wont answer me baxk when i ask questions about his company.

They will send you an e-mail or send you a text through your phone saying that you were approved for big loan. When you call they will not answer unless you leave them a message. Then they will ask you for some personal information so that they can send you some money. Then they will tell you to go walgreens or a CVS so that you can send them back the money they put in your account. While all of them is going they are hacking in to your account and taking money from you that you don't have and trying to change your account information so they can log into it.

Lending Club Scam
Got a message saying Lending club had approved me for a 5,000 loan and to contact them to complete the application.Was told check my account in the morning for a $900 deposit.When that is in the bank resnd it to them and they will then deposit the $5000.Called and told them not to send because it sounded like a scam , they sent it anyway .They started harrassing me about sending it back ,I notified my bank and let them handle it from there.
