TrueLife Teacup Pomeranian Farm
I was looking for a small, fluffy dog to purchase. I looked online and found this website and it seemed legit so I contacted the seller through the website and inquired about more information about the teacup pomeranians they have for sale. I received a text message from the seller providing the additional information I was requesting. I thought about it for several days and decided to reach out to the seller again. I requested video call so I could see the puppies as Montana is approximately 1,300 miles from my home (the seller offers to deliver by airline). The seller said they could not do video calls so I again requested additional pictures which were provided. I told the seller I was interested in proceeding with purchase. They asked for my name, address, phone number and email address which I provided thinking they would need my address to have the puppy delivered (they had my phone number but I assumed it was more of a blanket question they as) and my email address was needed to send contract and purchase agreement information. After proving said information, they asked for payment via Zelle. Since I don't use Zelle, they requested it through CashApp which I also don't use. I was beginning to question in the back of my mind that if they are legit sellers they would be willing to take PayPal. So I did a Google search on the phone number and found it was linked to another "teacup pomeranians for sale" website. The pictures of available dogs were similar but not exactly the same; HOWEVER, the puppy descriptions matched up very closely. The seller then offered to suggest a different method of payment and proceeded to ask if I had a Walgreens or CVS in my area. The only thing those 2 stores have in common in regards to someone needing a payment is that they bother offer Western Union services. After that suggestion, I texted them with some random, ridiculous questions that were given dodgy responses. At that time, I decided to file a complaint with the BBB and have not responded to any additional messages from the "seller" nor have I sent any.

I noticed that they didnt list their state initially. They also didnt show up under 501-C3. My situation is exactly the same as the report filed on 10.21.20. It was definitely too good to be true!
