Timeshare Scam
Womble & Crow and Tommy ******* the owner and broker are 100% Fraud and Scam!!! They promise you no money to be payed upfront for your timeshare and then they constantly harass you for money to pay for taxes upfront. All bank statements are forged as confirmed by the bank in Mexico they send you a statement from as I went to. There is no buyer!!! I had put in $30214.00 and they keep harassing for more money for another $35000 they claim for tax and will be reimbursed. They will not reimburse my $30214.00 after comfirmation of Fraud and forged bank statements and ask for more money instead. Even after written affidavits claiming they will reimburse the money.

Shpping/Pet Scam
This company claimed to be a shipping company for pets. They send out an email telling you, you need to pay XX amount of money for a fully refundable crate for the airplane, then later they come back and with another email saying your state requires pet insurance in order to fly. So they again ask for XX amount of money again fully refundable. In fact they even sent out a third email asking for more money for other various needs of this pet too!!! Do not fall into the same trap!! Don't use Roundwide Shippers or Brinks Labradors!!!

Call came in and was a recorded message. It said someone was trying to make fraudulent charges and accounts in Texas. Asked for my name, birthday and ssn. I gave my name and d.o.b. but wouldn't give my full social security number. He then asked what bank I use and if I have EVER been to Texas. When I answered him he hung up. Sounded middle eastern to me. Beware! He got my attention because he said there were 7 accounts in my name with charges over $300,000.

Online Purchase
I inquired about a west highland terrier puppy. He showed me photos of 11 puppies and pricing and about how long they have been doing this type of breeding. Even had testimonials from previod buyrs. He said he could ship the puppy or pick it up. I told him ji would pick it up in Tulsa, Ok and gave me the address (which is not a legitimate address). On the way down to Tulsa he called me and said he needed a deposit of $350.00 to cover the transfer of ownersip and all. I was hesitant since was mire than halfway there. He said i needed to install the “Cash App” and he would request the money and i could just go ahead and pay him from the app. He said i had to give him an Id code to proceed. His phone # went to a fast busy signal and no such adddress.
