I intially contacted a local tax service by the name of MK Tax Services then referred to James Taylor,CPA of Panhandle Tax Resolution in PCB, FL. I explained to Mr. Taylor that I was in need of his services for the purposes of resolving a previous tax debt in the form of submitting a form 656 (Offer In Compromise). This form would allow me to settle my debt before the tax deadline and receive my tax return of $5714 or $1814 after the offer would have been accepted. Mr. Taylor requested previous uears tax return dating back to 2019 which had sensitive information ie SSN, address, amd income. All of which is fear now might be in the hand(s) of scammers including James Taylor. I am now receiving belligerent emails from him and want to report this incident immediately.

Bargain Vent advertised the Luvabella Doll on Facebook as a sponsored post for US$69.99. When you clicked on the link it took you to their website which looked very legitimate how it was all set up. I purchased the doll on November 10th and received a confirmation email on November 11th at 9:48a.m. The email stated that they had confirmed the order and were getting ready to ship it. The email also included the invoice of the order and order number. Estimated delivery was between 8-14 days and said that it would arrive between November 26th - December 11th. The confirmation email had a 'View my Order' linked button and 'Visit our Store' button too. Between November 26th and December 11th, I was checking the status of my order each day and it still said the same thing, that they had received my order and would notify me when it was ready to be shipped. I emailed Bargain Vent on Tuesday December 12th to explain my concern that I hadn't received the Doll or any notification for that matter on when I would be likely to receive it. I later found out by looking at some online forums that thousands of people were in the same position as me and had purchased these dolls as presents for Christmas. Not one person had received their doll. Some reported that they got an email saying the order had been delivered when it hadn't at all. Most people didn't receive a response to their email and there was no phone number to call. So everyone is left out of pocket and without a Christmas gift for many children out there after these scammers have taken our money and clearly ran as the website is now gone. A very disappointing and sad way to start the holiday season.
