Employment - ReShipping Scam
it is a reshipping job scam. I was hired as a contractor to reship their packages at home. They are using an online tool, smart control panel to keep track of the packages. Every time I received a package from UPS or FedEx or USPS, I open the box and examine the goods inside and then take the pictures, and report back the details of the received package. I then wait for the shipping label and repackage the goods and ship them out from my side. In the contract, the pay was $3150 + bonus monthly. My first payday was supposed March 5th, 2020, but received nothing, so I tried to contact them, and no response at all on email and phone calls. They also block me from access to the online tool. The conclusion, they are looking for people to help them reship the packages for free for one month.

Employment Scam
I was contacted via email with a job offer. Since I was looking for a job I was interested. Contact name was Brian Barnes with DCB Express. 2 week trial period for employment. I was supplied tax documents for the business. When I checked the EIN with the IRS the number given was verified. Seemed legit. I was still apprehensive. I was told to transfer money from their business savings account to pay off my credit cards. I would never have to spend my own money. I would receive funds then make purchases. I set it up and transferred money online. I was then given purchase order for amazon gift cards and told to take pictures of the cards and number on back I scratched off and send it to brian. I did as instructed. Now my credit card website had changed the status from pending to posted for the money transfer from their account to my card and said I had no balance and had my full credit limit. I would not have made that purchase if my credit card did not show that the money had in deed transferred. This is something the scammer must know in order for this scam to even be possible. Another thing made it seem legit was a call from Madalin White from the finance department. I am currently working with my credit card company to resolve this issue.

Travel/Vacations
Call begins with (presumably) pre-recorded voice saying hello, followed by a pause, then saying she was having problem with headset to make call sound realistic. Then says that they are calling because I "stayed at one of their resorts" (not true of course). Haven't heard how message continues because I always hang up. I've gotten similar calls claiming to be from Marriott offering false deals saying I stayed with them (I have not). I am reporting it so that the number can be marked and so that others do not fall victim to the scam.
