I placed an order on 11/28/22 with the understanding that the ship date would be 15-20 days out. I have since contacted the company a couple of times inquiring about my order. I just keep getting the excuse that due to "rainy weather" my order is not complete and cannot be shipped. I stumbled across the BBB website and it is full of complaints about this company never filling orders for money they have taken. So, I am not the only one. I truly just want a refund at this point. They have a strict NO REFUND policy. How can this be allowed if they do not provide what you paid for??
