Frank R Lato. started by visiting us at our business Apex Equestrian Center everyday and telling us all the wonderful improvements he’s going to do to our property. He dumped thousands of loads of dirt and then disappeared without following through with his promises to grade the property and plant grass. He continued to dump dirt after we said not to. we wanted him to grade what was already there. In the process He killed several large oak trees, he buried our well and septic and hit our house with his bulldozer separating the deck from the house. We now have to pay thousands of dollars to hire someone to fix what he did. I sent him several emails texts and calls without any response or resolution to this matter.
