Online Purchase I wanted to buy a kid's seat for our car for our grandkid. Ordered a kid's seat from the website looking like Graco. Paid by Paypal. Did not get a confirmation. Contacted the seller via Papal. Got a UPS tracking number. The package was delivered by UPS some days later, but not to my address. Filed complaints with UPS and Paypal. UPS confirmed in an email that the package was not delivered to my address and with my name attached. The sender was a Chinese Logistics company in NJ. The seller offered the name Amanda Coombs to Paypal and me. Paypal closed the case as they assumed the package was delivered, even UPS says it was not. The seller uses the fact that tracking numbers are not related to addresses and names. Online Purchase My daughter ordered a Nintendo switch on June 23, 2020. Got a notification it was delivered on June 16, 2020. So she was supposed to receive the item BEFORE she ordered it ??????? FRAUDULENT!!!! Contacted Paypal (that's how it was paid for) They were no help. No response from anyone.

Online Purchase I was desperate to find a webcam for working at home - sold out everywhere, I found what I needed on this website and ordered it with PAYPAL. As soon as the charge was going through I noticed a funny name and e-mail address come up - not the name of the company. I immediately asked for a refund by emailing them. Their email address is fake, their phone number is fake. The charge was for 62.99 and free shipping. To make matters worse - the next day they charged me for shipping for a total of 72.43 - and added a tracking number. It showed the package being delivered on 6/6 - before I even ordered it!. The address of the business spells Los Angeles wrong. I looked at a map and it is a small ramshackle house. I also sent them a request for my money via PAYPAL with no response. I filed a complaint with PAYPAL and told me to enjoy the item. I contacted AMEX and they said they could help once PAYPAY processed the charge. Online Purchase I purchased a product. The money was taken from my paypal account. I was then given a tracking number at which I looked up and it said it was delivered to my town on a date before I even purchased it. I knew at this point I made a bad mistake. I tried to contact them. They didnt respond. Contacted paypal for refund. They said the sellers tracking number said it was delivered to my town. Therefore they can't refund me. I explained that it was showing delivered before I purchased it?. This is a big scam.
