This on-line company is advertising every day since last November 2022 on several Facebook pages as well as sending advertising to your personal email account after they have completed the first transaction. The advertising is so well done that it looks legitimate and the prices seem reasonable. I ordered a pair of booties, and 2 pair of flip flop sandals which came to the total amount of $152.00 and my credit card transaction was processed on December 16, 2022. I was told the delivery notice would come in my email so I could track the shipping but I never received it, so I started trying to contact the company before the end of the year. I have contacted them by email, telephone, and all I get are call centre customer service replies that say they are looking into it/ or they want me to pay $2. to have a lawyer look into this for me. It is a complete scam company and I have found out about others that were as unfortunate as I have been. Your response would be appreciated. Thank you for any assistance. ***** ********

Online scam
instylesandals.com is an e-commerce store using the platform Shopify. I ordered two sets of sandals, got an email confirmation of purchase, and waited for shipment confirmation which never came. It has been almost 2 months since my order. When reaching out to the vendor, emails are answered by a Zendesk autoreply but no follow-up emails. I've called their phone number which is "not in service". This is an obvious scam.

Online Retail Scam
I'm fairly good at determining a scam site, but this one looked legit. The wesbite looks amazing compared to others! The phone number provided was from NY so I thought it was a company in the USA. I went ahead and ordered a pair of boots for Christmas. Immediatly got a receipt from my paypal coming from a company called "Smart Vaccuum Sealer". I emailed immediatly after seeing this the company and never heard a response. Thought I was scammed. 1 month later I got my boots and thought "phew.. alls good". Boots came from China and had a nasty smell to them. AND they didn't fit so i went back online to start the return process. That's where I was scammed. I never heard back from anyone regarding how to return, even though their website said I should hear back within a day or two. I tried 3x and called the number which went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail and emailed for the return multiple times and no one ever got back to me. So now I'm stuck with stinky boots that I won't wear. Everything about this company seems legit, and I'm thankful I guess that I even GOT a product but once you get your product you better like it because you're stuck with it! BEWARE!
