I placed an order for two dozen patches, and was contacted by Don Brown (email [email protected]) for further order info about color, etc. Payment was made via PayPal on March 14, 2023; I received an e-mail on 14 March saying the order was updated to "shipped", and on March 29th got an email from the US Postal Service saying "a shipping label has been prepared" and giving a tracking number. On April 9th, the OMLpatches web site sent me an invitation to review the purchase! The USPS shows the item as Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item SANBORN, NY 14132 March 20, 2023, 1:07 pm In the last month or so, I've tried to contact them via their Facebook page, their web page "customer help" link, and via e-mail to Don Brown and to the company. I have also left a message at their telephone number. No responses have been received from these multiple attempts.
