Superior portraits is a business inside the pacific view mall. They have a kiosk with example of photos you can get, along with their contact information. The store itself is closed. I tried calling the number, but it was just an answering machine, so I reached out through facebook. They replied and said they only open by appointment and sent me the link. I made the appointment and paid for the session (as many photographers ask). I went to the mall for my appointment and the business was closed. I tried calling and messaging to get a refund, but have not heard back. I reached out to mall management and they said they would send the owner an email on my behalf, but that he ended his lease and this is part of the reason why. I still have not heard back to get my money back.
