Vehicle Shipping Scam
I was attempting to transport my vehicle and was contacted on the phone by someone claiming to be Mike at best car shipping. He arranged to have my vehicle picked up and charged a $50 deposit and the remain $199 would be paid upon delivery of the vehicle however when the date came, I did not hear back I called them and they stated they would have to change the date. I said I wanted a refund and they threatened to have me pay a $200 cancellation fee. When I refuse they stated they would cancel my Social Security number I hung up then another individual called me back said they would be managers I hung up then another individual called me back and said they were the owner of the company all three individual sounded like the same person. They continue to threaten me with a $200 cancellation until I told them I would gladly go to court over it. Needless to say this is a fake company.

Auto Transport Scam
The scam was for the towing of a vehicle. An agreement was made and the contract was signed. Payment was made of a $100 through zelle. The vehicle was supposed to be picked up today and driven to the new location. The driver Never arrived and when I contacted them. He said he would not be there for about another 4 hours, which was outside the perimeters of the delivery window. eye contacted the company through the customer service phone number and they told me they would assign a new driver. I said no, just cancel the request and refund my money. At which point it turned into a two hundred dollar cancellation fee or a seventy five dollar change of driver fee. But refunds cannot be made because they pay the drivers in advance. They have given me now three different phone numbers for drivers. When i called the customer service phone number 307-776-0045 my phone said it was suspected scam.

Auto Transport Scam
They LIED to get my business and pressured me to zelle $200 deposit right away while knowing they could not provide the service they promised. I didn't trust my instinct. Each time I called to follow up they told me more lies. When I realized they were lying, they said i could cancel but it would cost me $200 so I did not cancel and they kept on lying to me. The last lie was a text from the supposed driver who never actually spoke to me and whose number was almost identical to the broker was a text saying "Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience. I have an accident while on route while heading to pickup your car. A truck off the road because I am driving so fast. now I'm in Hospital, please call your agent he will do some arrangement for you."
