I bought a used golf cart online and have not received it. I have not received it. I have contacted him repeatedly and he occasionally answers the phone. He said that Crown Logistics has the cart but they want $1600 to file paperwork which they say will be refunded but I am clearly not paying out any more money. I feel stupid enough already. I know I have thrown away my money but want to make sure no one else is taken advantage of.

Phishing
Phone rang. Usually, I screen calls and do not answer the unknown #s and place most on my Block List. I have a son-in-law living in WV possibly calling for assistance from a friend's unknown phone number. When the FEMALE caller asked the question, "Am I speaking to Connie?" I answered "Yes" then I immediately remembered the identity theft warning scam/credit card scam about answering "Yes" then I emphatically said, "No, this is not Connie", "No, this is not Connie, you must have the wrong number!" The female answered, "Oh, OK then" but I HAD ALREADY SAID "YES". I will be checking my credit card bill and bank statement for any unknown entries--I do have an early warning system already set up with CHASE BANK that alerts me to charges not done in person, but some of my recent purchases online have required the three digit security code.
