They defrauded me out of $60’000 towards the purchase of 3 fully stocked vending machines at 20k each and high traffic placement ,held my money for 5 months never delivered me anything,kept telling me things were going fine that this was the process then they stopped returning my emails or returning calls so I emailed about a refund and then I receive a letter from there attorney saying the business was liquidating because they have no money and basically saying my money Is gone and I’ve lost my life’s savings,after more research I found they have done this to several others as well and realize this was a scam from the beginning,I only want my money refunded ,losing this money will have detrimental effects on me and my family

PASSIVE CBD VENDING, LLC offered me an opportunity to invest into vending machines and CBD oils. I paid them 60K for 3 machines and products to fill the machines in Jan 2022 only to get the run around. By March 2022, I have had enough so, I kept asking if the list of places they offered for placing the vending machines were legitimate only to receive an email in April 2022 stating they are liquidating AKA filing for bankruptcy. This is so unfair, I paid Passive CBD Vending, LLC never received the machines or products and they are saying I cannot get my money back. This is horrible because that 60K was my life savings. It seems they are preying on innocent people and this is a Ponzi scheme.
