Fast Pet Dilivery Agency
Buying a French Bulldog puppy from Christina Phillips. Paid $2,000 for the puppy and $200 for shipping. There was no disclosures that there would be any other fees. The first shipper that Christina used was Fast Shipment Delivery. They contact me wanting $1050 for a warming crate for the puppy and he needed a rabies shot and anti anxeity medication. They said the crate would be refunded ($1,000) once the puppy was delivered. They gave me Zelle account's to pay the money (I made a couple attempts to just pay the $1050), my bank kept on flagging the payments as Fraud and would not transfer the money. Then the Fast Shipment Delivery wanted me to pay via a cash app, bitcoin or transfer money from Walgreens or Walmart. I did not do this, I contacted the seller Christina Phillips to refund me my money or change who she was shipping through. The seller did change shipping companies, they have now shipped through Fast Pet Delivery Agency. Fast Pet Delivery Agency is saying the dog is in transit, because of a regulation in St. Louis Missouri, they are not able to continue with the transit of the puppy because they need us to give them $1500 for an insurance policy. The saga goes on and I do not have a puppy. This has been going on for several days and if there is a puppy, this is animal cruelty on the sellers part and shipper. I'm sure these shipping agencys are all tied to the seller and they are trying to extort me for more money. I have text messages, emails and copied the converstaion through FaceBook.
