Hanzsbrew Armory claimed it had Winchester 209 primers in stock so I ordered 2000 (1000 at $57.00 and 1000 at $59.00). When you get to the cart there is a note that $100 is minimum order. Once ordered you receive a note that payment can only be made via Google Pay, whatsapp or PayPal. But if you use PayPal it must be done as a family and friends payment, not a business payment. I received a text message from a Jake re the order asking me to use cash app and use Cash tag:$Htown274 for payment. It would not accept my zip so I asked to use PayPal. I sent the funds to their email but they texted me telling me to cancel and instead send to: [email protected]. PayPal would not accept that address so I received another text telling me to send it to:[email protected]. I sent the funds, $142.25. The funds were deducted from my credit card but the following morning I received an email telling me the order was on hold until I used Google Pay for payment. I filed a claim with Paypal but United Construction said it was a third party using them so they had no knowledge of the transaction even thought the phone number is the same.
