Scammer called my phone multiple times. He said he can lower my car insurance, but when I said I don't own a car he became frustrated with me and asked why I answered, I told him "because I didn't know who you were" he then hung up and called me back 10 times. When I didn't answer he left a voicemail that said "F**k you, you dumb b*tch"

IRS Scam
Told me I'm being sued by IRS AND FBI for $215. Difficult conversation due to their inability to speak English. Asked me to pay her, "Sandy" now, meet her outside court, or just go to court? I was hung up on at least 6 times. I explained that I do not owe her, IRS OR FBI any money. She then hung up once again. I've had 2 other calls with similar details. Ph#s308-536-4180 & 202-765-2885.
