A paving contractor showed up at our business location door and claimed they were doing work in the area. They've noticed the condition of our parking lot and offered to fill in the bumps with the left over asphalt, and since they're already working nearby, they can give you a discount. They provided no contract or paperwork or details on the amount of parking lot to work on, only the price per sq. ft. There were very vague when it came to questions about the total price or details about the project. They began working and did not provide any additional information. I never requested the amount of work they did, only patch work, not $25k in asphalt. They did not give an estimate or contact before starting.

Young woman's voice on phone, identified herself as Christina from Trip Advisor asked me if I could hear her. I responded 'yea'...she hesitated then started started into a sales pitch. I hung up when I remembered some one told me about the 'yes' scam.
