I have messaged the seller multiple times on email as well as on their messaging service on their website. Every time I ask for an update or a refund on my order, they either ignore or tell me some excuse. I have been trying to work with them since December and have still not remedied a solution. Now when I get straight to the point and ask them for a refund no one answers me at all.
