I was looking for a pug puppy online. I came across a website stating that they had 10 week old pug puppies for sale. I contacted to seller on a particular pug. The seller contacted me told me the dog was $650 with $100 for transport. I explained to the seller that I could drive to GA to pick up the puppy but they insured that the dog would do better if they flew 2 hours oppose to a 8 hr drive. I agreed since I have flown a dog from FL to NJ. So I immediately sent my information. The seller sent me an email requesting my house hold, if I had a dog before and what happened. Did I have a yard and so on. I sent $250 as a holder and the following week I sent $500. The seller requested I send it Cashapp. $250 went through but $500 got stuck. The seller started to text me and we talked for a while how they were going to get that money. I wanted the puppy so I urged the seller that I paid them I want the puppy. So the seller sent me confirmation that the puppy was set to fly out on Monday with a transport company and sent me confirmation with their information and mine and a confirmation number, with a link to the company that specialized in shipping animals. Some time on Monday afternoon I got a call from the United Care Transportation Company confirming the flight of the puppy. He explained that they sent me an email stating the puppy was not in the correct carrier and the email explained to the different sizes temperature controlled carrier's that were available to rent. It was an urgent message. So I responded and got the least expensive crate which was $1200. I missed the noon flight for the puppy, now I was looking at the 4:00pm flight. The man from the transport company called me often updating me on the puppy. Letting me know they were taking very good care of the puppy. Then because me bank was taking precautions on where I was sending the money they held up the transaction for the $1200, so the puppy missed to 4 pm flight and had to go on later flight. Now the flight next flight wasn't a one way flight it had stops. Now we get to Tuesday morning. The Puppy had flown all around and now is in Lousianna. The puppy is missing a guardia shot that prevents parasites the shot can be administered but would cost $550 refundable by insurance. Now they kept telling me I would get a refund of all the money that I shelling out when the dog was delivered. I went all day on Tuesday talking with Dan the customer service rep about the puppy. Now its 7pm there is still now one delivery the puppy. He sends me a text message saying the puppy is in FL but stuck in customs because it did not have COVID certified certificate. Once they had the certificate the dog would get to me in a few hours. Well go back to the sender and get the certificate. The whole time I'm texting the seller and they are assuring me the dog is coming. Without the dog that is already shipped they couldn't get the certificate. How much for the certificate $800. Now my bank is really asking me questions and I'm getting from them as soon as we deliver the dog you will get your money back we redeem it from the insurance. Late Tuesday I get a text from Dan the United customer service guy that his supervisor that needs to sign the paper is gone for the day. They update the information tomorrow. Wednesday comes no Dan he doesn't answer his phone. The seller now doesn't text back. They have all the money they want from me and are ghost. No puppy and I'm out $4,050 . I printed all the emails and text messages between me the seller and the transport people. The whole time I kept asking am I really going the get a puppy. The whole time they assured me I would. This is the picture of the dog I was suppose to get.

On 8/9/20, I went on to the [email protected] with the intention of inquiring about purchasing a Welsh Pembroke Corgi puppy. I received a response from Kevin Steve. I informed him I was interested in purchasing the 10 week old puppy "Luna" shown on the website. Kevin Steve responded quickly and asked how soon I wanted the puppy. I told him I needed to get my home ready for her arrival. I also asked for more pictures and Kevin Steve emailed me photos and a video. He then requested a deposit for Luna. They now were texting me because they had my cell number. He stated this how to be sent via CashApp. I sent the $300 deposit on 8/06/20 (see transaction information above). I told him I wanted the puppy to be delivered on 8/18/20. She was to be shipped from 1324 Westboro Drive S.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30310 Phone (229) 280-1506. A day or so passed and I emailed/texted them to removed Luna from the website because I didn't want anyone else to be able to purchase her as I had placed a deposit. He said "OK" but she was never removed. He then asked if I wanted "Luna" sooner and I said yes. So delivery date was moved up to Friday, August 14, 2020. I asked for the contract and he asked for the balance. At this time, I informed him I was NOT paying anything more until I received a contract. Contract was sent on 8/10/20 signed by Kevin Steve. I then printed it out and signed it and returned it to them. I then sent the $500 balance for the puppy via CashApp again. Of course, we were very excited to get the puppy. On 8/12/20, I contacted them to find out flight information as I was picking her up at the Philadelphia International Airport and was becoming anxious. Kevin Steve texted me back that I would have her tomorrow, which was 8/13/20. I said sure and asked again for flight arrangements, which he said he would send me later that day. A few hours passed and I received an email from trans-livecourier.com stating they had "Luna" and could not ship her to COVID 19 regulations and I must purchase or rent an air-conditioned crate for her to travel in. I immediately texted Kevin Steve that I could not afford this expense! He informed me the cost of the crate, once returned to the traveling nanny, would 100% refundable. I admit at this point, I was skeptical, but I was afraid the puppy was sitting in a hot airport . I texted Kevin Steve that I was not told about the crate and would have to borrow the money and his reply was "it not my fault" "it because of COVID". I then was given the CashApp information and sent over the $750 crate rental free. Kevin Steve stated they had received it and he assured me I would get the puppy and he was sending over flight information. I texted him several times, but never received the flight information or a reply. Needless to say, I never received the puppy or any monies back.

We were looking to buy a corgi puppy. We came across Awe Gracious Corgi. Through email and text conversation we paid $800 through a cash app account. We signed a contract saying that the 800 dollars covered the cost of the puppy as well as delivery. The next day we were contacted through email by a delivery company wanting $1400 or more dollars for a specialized crate that was needed to do COVID. They seller did not seem surprised by this astronomical price increase and kept blaming covid. After texts messages back and forth because they too busy to answer their phone due to being in a dog training class, we said we needed the full $800 refunded since they broke their contract. They said it would take up to 6 days to do the refund. We informed them that they could take the money so quickly they needed to refund it quicker. When we mentioned reporting the scam they threw in the threat of contacting their legal team.

I when to superebichons.com because I was looking to purchase a puppy and they a cute ones and everything look legitimate so i send a message in there website and they got back to me they answered all my questions and the charge me 800 dollars for they puppy named Kallie and delivery to my home. I paid them to a bank transfer then the nect day i got a confirmation that the puppy was received by the transportation company that by the way is the same people trying to steal more money from you they told that because of covid19 regulations now the puppies needed an air conditioning crate that i would have to pay 1,200 dollar that would be 100% refundable one the take the crate back. I told them i didn't have all the money and he told me that he would pay 600 dollar to the transportation company and for me to transfer the rest and that one i get the refund to pay him back the 600 dollars then it was time for the delivery and they never show because he said that he needed his 600 dollars before i can receive the puppy then i got suspicious and started researching and i found out that they have been doing this to many people so i didn't send him any more money and that's when he said that because now the delivery had to be postpone now i had to pay 1,490 dollar for insurance and of course i didn't pay them anything else. I texted them asking them for the money back that i knew that this is a scam and they said that they were sorry and that they were trying to make amends but i never got my $1,400 dollars back.

We decide to search for this seller even further and found: *they were listed on petscams.com as a scammer, with the same homepage and everything but with different business name. *you can notice that they are a scammer by finding so many spelling errors on their website content *they call you by "sir" regardless of your gender *The website name on the heading is not the same as what's listed on bottom next to copyright *Their website was built last month *on payment instruction, they asked us to send money via zelle: [email protected] sound like they also run a adult porno site. they also listed the name of Timoh Kelvin - we look it up on social media - the person showing is not the same as the one showing on their website *we notice at the end they are chasing and pushing for the fund and said we can send the puppy the next day. *They also said we can send them fund via paypal under email: [email protected] *They insist asking for our home address for delivery rather than us picking up at the airport... *They go by the name of pet by Linda & Kevin Steve {what kind of a name is kevin steve) *We checked them further and found that they are part of nigerian scammer. *I can listed more stuff that I find but if scammer read it, it will perfect their ways and website to scam more people Please be careful out there, never send money in advance. I'm looking into away so that the authority can take down their website.
