"Rachel Griffith" of Paducah Kentucky stole my personal information and used it to add herself to my veteran account and change my account information at Lowe’s. I brought my veteran ID card to Lowe’s to have the scammer removed from my account. The manager said she could not help me and gave me a 1800 number. I called the 1800 number and they said they couldn’t help me because my email address was not the one on the account and thus my account could not be verified. I explained it’s because the scammer changed it.
