Robert Jarrell poses himself as an experience in construction structural engineering painting home improvements. He is neither license bonded or insured. He brings a crew that he claims is experienced to work on the job site. He is very forward demanding at times bullying. His work habits are unscrupulous ,,,,people that he has on the site ,…ones intoxicated… a young inexperienced boy and the other is a cabinet maker and he calls them his crew. During the time he was working he had five or six different trucks pull up my driveway and he was doing business with… and then got out of the car then they drove off. That was his first day on the job I thought it was a meet and greet and he called it working. The job he quoted me at first was 3000 and then he found things that needed to be repaired which totaled approximately 8000+ me buying the materials. Which is illegal as a handyman. Which I found out later as I did research I asked him for my thousand dollar deposit back because now I had to turn my energies to fixing a construction project which he argued with me and wanted to use other peoples construction licenses that he could work under. I did not agree with that. Because the licenses he want to use were of unknown people to him. And they would not allow it. At this .4 months later he has not returned my deposit. At this time my husband was in ICU intensive care for three months and I am a recent kidney transplant. I felt that he bullied and took advantage knowing our situation and tried bullying me to comply with him, He only takes cash and supplies no contracts.
