I called chime to see when my card will be arriving to my home at this point i was connected with some people that were not American in the background i could hear it was a room full of them answering phone's on chimes behalf as the conversation went on he then sent me a link to a website were he then asked me to go into my settings make some changes so that they could update my security after doing so he had me go back to my chime app were i then went to the pay anyone option next he instructed me to type in $jonna-jonna next he instructed me to type in security upgrade for the reason then he ask me to perss on the $0 i did that then he said put the cash amount of 400$ and press pay at this point red flags went up in my head because 400$ is the exact amount i have in my chime account when i refused to move forward he then called me back from a 209-312-6414 when answering my phone him and two other people were speaking in a different language thats when i hung up my phone and contacted you guys please look into this because people work hard for money and to let outsiders scamming them is not right now i caught it before it was done to me but just think of how many others did not
