Phishing Scam
I received an unsolicited text message for a product/service that is an alternative therapy to one recently prescribed to me by my doctor. I have not been targeted for this type of therapy prior to my doctor's prescription which signals to me that my personally identifiable (HIPPA protected) health information has been illegally obtained by this third party and used for marketing purposes.

Debt Collections
Scammer called and told me that I would receive $7000 grant from US gov't. free to pay off bills. I was given a phone # to call for further info. The number is 646-450-5498. I called the number and was told that I had to pay a $200 fee to collect the money. When I said I wouldn't pay it the person hung up.
