My brother got a text notification from venmo saying he had just made a $99.99 payment to paxful. He has no idea who they are, but researching we found they are in india and somehow hacked his venmo account. He has already sent a request for help to venmo customer service. This happened today 11-22, -23. A quich search on google showed this is a common scam that is affecting alot of americans. Their company says they are a bitcoin wallet company. The payment was requested at 5:52am. Venmo will likely refund the money but we wanted to make BBB aware of this issue

Daughter placed order for clothes on July 6, 2023 and we never received the order. When I reached out to company via email as they have no phone number or address, they said they could only issue store credit and that they'd put it in my account. Daughter went to use store credit that was never loaded to account, put in anther credit card number and they took our money again! As I've tried to reach out to them regarding the error, there is no way to reach anyone to resolve problem and they sent another standard email that they only issue store credit and that there's nothing they can do.
